This MOOC leads to develop a Group culture since its integration, the culture of the Group, the main professions, the values and issues of the market. Successfully nailing some knowledge and skills test (through co-assessment) all along the program, the participants will get some reward insignes leading to a certification powered by « Learning CRM ».
Pace around 2 hours per week, the learners will approach 3 themes:
- The Group activities
- The Group organization
- The manager role and issues
