This MOOC is a training made by experts of the digital customer relationship. After 4 weeks of collaboratives exercises, videos learning sessions and discusions on the forum’s platform, the participants will get a strong culture of what is the internet customer relationship.
Pace around 2 hours per week, the learners will approach 3 themes:
- The evolution of the customer relationship through internet
- How to manage a customers community on the social networks
- The customer relationship through the chat and forums
